Format: g.page/r/[your-code]/review. Print QR codes on checkout cards, table tents, reception desk.

The Follow-Up

WhatsApp/email morning after checkout, 8-10 AM. Brief, warm, include direct link. Never incentivise.

Responding

Every review, positive and negative, within 24 hours. Mention business name, location, experiences in responses.
